Can I bring food, drink, or coolers into Grizzlies Ballpark?

Frontier League policy prohibits any outside food and beverage to be brought into the stadium.

The Grizzlies have no affiliation with Major League baseball. We are an independent professional baseball organization in the Frontier League.

I missed last night's game, can I exchange my ticket?

Each season we have one night near the end of the season called "Unused Ticket Night." You may exchange an unused purchased ticket for an equivalent ticket to that game, based on availability. Beyond that evening, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If it is raining, will the game still be played?

The Grizzlies will do everything in their power to play every game. If it has been raining, check the Grizzlies homepage on their website as it will be updated on the situation.

May I purchase a ticket for the hot tub?

You may rent the hot tub for any game for 10-20 people. For more information, contact the Grizzlies group sales department at (618) 337-3000.

How old does my child have to be to need a ticket?

Children three and over must have a ticket. Children two and under get in free, but do not receive their own seat. They must sit in their parents lap.

What time do the gates open?

The gates to  Grizzlies Ballpark open a hour prior to game time.

What is your ticket policy for rainouts?

In the event five innings of the game are not played, except when the home team is in the lead after four and a half innings, tickets may be exchanged for a ticket to any regular season home game during the current season. Exchanges must be made in person at the Grizzlies box office only. Exchange will be for an equal priced ticket, based on availability.

Can you smoke inside of the ballpark?

Grizzlies Ballpark is generally a smoke-free facility. There are three designated smoking areas throughout the ballpark.

Do you mail tickets?

We do not mail tickets. We do not want the tickets to get lost in the mail. Tickets may be picked up in will call anytime before the game during office hours or the day of the game.

Are there seats in the general admission lawn section?

There are no seats in the general admmission section. The section is a grassy section, but you are welcome to bring lawn chairs and/or blankets.

When is the Grizzlies office open?

During the season the Grizzlies office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. M-F and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday's on non-game days. On game days the office is open from 9 a.m. through the game.
