16th Annual Easter Egg Hunt Scheduled for March 31

SAUGET, Illinois -  The Gateway Grizzlies will host their 16th annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 31 at GCS Credit Union Ballpark. The hunt consists of more than 10,000 eggs (each with a surprise inside). The egg hunt is FREE for all to attend. Guests can expect to see the Easter Bunny, Izzy the Grizzlie, and Lizzy the Polar Bear.

Baskets of Easter gifts will be raffled off throughout the day. Children can also enjoy face painting, a balloon artist, and a bounce house! Egg hunters need to bring their own basket for the event.

The day also marks the first opportunity fans have to purchase single game tickets for the 2018 Grizzlies season.

ALL season ticket holders (mini-plan, half-season and full-season) are encouraged to pick up their season tickets at this time. If season ticket holders do not pick up their season tickets at this time, the Grizzlies will personally deliver them to their homes at a later date, prior to opening day.

While visiting, Grizzlies fans will also have their first chance of the year to get inside the Grizzlies' team store. New Grizzlies merchandise is in!  The concession stand will also be open to allow everyone their first taste of delicious ballpark food.

ALL families in the local area are invited to the egg hunt.  More than 3,000 fans have attended this event in years past. The event is FREE and includes numerous great activities for kids and families.
