Bio

Alec enters his first year with the Gateway Grizzlies after spending one year in the minor leagues. 

Alec was selected in the 16th round of the 2015 MLB Draft by the Detroit Tigers.

During his year with the Gulf Coast League Tigers (Rk- Detroit) in 2015, Alec put up some impressive numbers. Through nine starts, he held a 1-1 record with a low 2.25 ERA. 

He played his college ball at Edmonds Community College in 2015. He finished with an 8-2 record with a 2.28 ERA through 11 starts.
