Bio
Cody joins the Grizzlies after spending three seasons in the Atlanta Braves organization. He signed with Gateway on June 9, 2015.
The Jonesboro, IL native spent the 2014 season between the Braves’ rookie and A-ball affiliates hitting .293 with three doubles and 12 RBI’s in 41 games. Livesay played in 117 games in his three years in the Braves organization finishing with a .275 overall average with 31 RBI and 35 stolen bases.
Livesay, 21, was originally drafted by the Braves out of Anna-Jonesboro High School in the 42nd round of the 2011 MLB Draft.
