Ballpark and Fan Guide

The Gateway Grizzlies constantly strive to make your game day enjoyable.  Please do your part to help make any game a safe event for all in attendance!   

 

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Wheelchair accessible seating is located in sections 107, 111, 115, and 119 at Grizzlies Ballpark. These sections can hold 4-6 regular seating as well as wheelchairs.

 

ADDRESS

The address for Grizzlies Ballpark is 2301 Grizzlie Bear Blvd..  The Ballpark appears in most standard navigational systems. 
Grizzlies Ballpark is directly located within the Sauget Industrial Parkway off of 255 and Mousette lane.

 

BEHAVIOR

Spectators are not allowed on the field at any time during the course of play. Fans are also prohibited from throwing items onto the field.  Such behavior will result in removal from the Ballpark. The Gateway Grizzlies reserve the right to remove individuals whose behavior disrupts players, coaches, umpires or other fans.  No refunds will be given in these cases. 

 

CONCESSIONS

Concessions stands are conveniently located throughout the Ballpark.  Main Stand is located directly behined home plate and serves classic ballpark favorites. Country Bob's Grillhouse located in right field serves favorite foods with Country Bob's signature sauces and seasonings. Baseball's Best Grill is located in Left Field/Kids Zone serves all of the famous Grizzlies' specials. The Gateway Grizzlies proudly serve Pepsi and AB products. 

 

EMERGENCIES AND FIRST AID

First Aid is available from on-site EMTs, located behined section 114 during the game.  If medical emergencies occur during the game, please contact the on-site staff. 

 

GATES OPEN

Gates open one hour before first pitch.

 

LOST AND FOUND

Lost items should be turned into the Grizzlies Ticket office during the game. If an item is lost or misplaced during the course of a game, please contact the Grizzlies Ticket office to resolve the issue. 

 

MERCHANDISE

Grizzlies merchandise is available from Izzy's Den Team Store located on the left hand entry side of Grizzlies Ballpark behined section 118. Izzy's Den is open 75 minutes before first pitch until the games conclusion.

 

PARKING

Parking is free at Grizzlies Ballpark. Handicap accessible parking is availble near the entrance of the Ballpark.

 

PROGRAMS & GAME INFO

Game posters, event flyers, and general information is available at the Grizzlies Info Table located behined section 119 and next to the office staff enterance.

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Certain items are prohibited inside Grizzlies Ballpark. Any outside food or drink, including alcoholic beverages, cans or coolers; and animals or pets (excluding bark in the park promotions, and/or handicap aids).

 

RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located throughout the ballpark on both the first and third base lines, and behined homeplate under the awning. Restrooms located under the awning are family style and are male and female accessible.

 

SIGNS

Signs are permitted inside Grizzlies Ballpark, provided they are no larger than a standard piece of posterboard and are not constructed out of harmful material. The Grizzlies reserve the right to deem any sign or poster innapropriate, and remove it from the ballpark.

 

SMOKING

Grizzlies Ballpark is a smoke-free facility.  The use of tobacco products is strictly prohibited on the concourse.  Smoking is only permissible outside the gates located on the first base and third base side.
