Gateway Grizzlies Donation Policy:

The Gateway Grizzlies are happy to help non-profit groups and their fundraising efforts through donations whenever possible. Because of the large volume of requests received each week, we ask that you follow our guidelines and provide us with plenty of advanced notice.

All mailed requests must include a self-addressed stamped envelope. 

 Guidelines and Procedures:

  • Organizations should be non-profit and classified as a 501(c)(3) by the Internal Revenue Service.
  • All requests must be submitted on association, group, company, or school letterhead. Request letter should include the organizations primary name, address, telephone, email, and contact person. The request should also indicate the primary purpose of the requesting organization.
  • All requests must include the date, time, and verifiable location of the event and how the item will be used (prize, raffle, auction, etc.).
  • Requests must be received at least 30 days prior to your event. We cannot fill requests without proper advance notification.
  • Requests may be made in one of two ways:
    1. Via US Postal Service mail, with a self-addressed stamped envelope included.
    2. Via email only if you plan on picking up the donation at the ballpark within business hours.

All mailed requests must include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Any mailed requests received without a self-addressed stamped envelope will not be considered.

Other Pertinent Information:
1. Most donation requests are filled with Grizzlies game tickets.
2. Izzy appearances do not qualify as a donation, but we do offer Izzy appearances for an hourly fee.
3. Donations may only be made to non-profit, charitable 501(c)(3) organizations.
4. We are unable to donate to for-profit companies - including employee appreciation days/holiday events.
5. We are unable to make monetary donations, purchase program ads, or buy tables at banquets or events.
